No. Cake is a real estate brand brokered under eXp.
Do I need to be in California to join Cake?
We are only adding agents in California to be apart the team at this time however, agents outside of California can partner at eXp through direct sponsorship with Powerhouse which gives access to Cake coaching, courses, and support.
